2、procedure is used to determine the effect of fumes from sealers during primer oven bake and topcoat repaint on the adhesion properties of subsequent paint applications. Apparatus Required Mechanical Convection Oven The oven must be capable of maintaining a temperature of 165 +/- 2 C or as specified
3、by the applicable Engineering Material Specification. Materials Required Test Panels Electrocoated G60 Galvanized or CRLC Steel panels: 300 x 100 mm. Prepared in accordance to FLTM BI 120-01 or as specified by the responsible Engineering activity. Paint Can 1/2 liter with opening such that Test Pane
4、l width can completely cover opening. Aluminum Foil Glass Reinforced Adhesi ve Tape 3M Scotch, Pressure Sensitive Filament, No. 898, 25 mm wide. Use only No. 898 tape manufactured in the U.S.A. Store in the original package in a dry, dark location. NOTE: Use adhesion tape before its expiration date.
5、 Conditioning and Test Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified.
