REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION Sodium-dodecylbenzene-sulfonate
4、50 % by weight 3.2 FORM White, high viscosity liquid with tendency to settling 3.3 pH-VALUE 9 +/- 1 (Material as received) 3.4 PROCESS-CONCENTRATION 3 % of the material as supplied (50 %) must be well stirred up and reduced to usage concentration (1.5 %) with distilled water. 3.5 Legal, health, safety and environmental constraints may apply to the materials which are submitted for approval to this specification.
