2、AT, EXTERIOR QUALITY SK-M1J9554-A NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a clear two component topcoat. 2. APPLICATION In conjunction with hardener SK-M99J9608-A the material is used as clear topcoat on metallic base coat according to SK-M1J9553-A. 3. RE

3、QUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COMPOSITION 3.1.1 Vehicle Essentially synthetic resin. 3.1.2 Toxicity The use of cadmium is prohibited

6、tile (FLTM BI 102-01) According to the initial sample report +/- 1. 3.2.2 Package Viscosity 75 +/- 10 s FC 4/25 C (FLTM BI 111-01) 3.2.3 Flash Point The flash point shall conform to the safety regulations applicable to the workshop where the material shall be used. 3.2.4 Shelf Stability During a storage of 6 months at room temperature, the material as received shall not gel or liver upon standing. The viscosity of the material shall not increase in excess of 10 s when tested according to FLTM EU-BI 2-3. 3.3 OTHER REQUIREMENTS See SK-M1J9553-A.
