REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION Cu 57.00 58.00% Ni 1.90 - 2.50% Sn 0.70 - 1.00% Si 0.15 - 0.25% Fe 0.10 - 0.30% Pb 0.010%, max Al 0.005%, max Other 0.050%, max Zn Remainder 3.2 MECHANICAL PROPERTY Tensile strength of the proper brazed filler metal. U. T. S., min 440 MN/m2Tensile test according to DIN 8525.
