SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a magnetic, heat fusible sheeting for structure borne noise damping based on bitumen and mineral filler with a non-blocking surface finish on one side. 2. APPLICATION This material was origina
3、lly released for application to EC-coated vertical door inner surfaces by heat curing in primer oven exposure. 3. REQUIREMENTS Note: The material shall be conditioned for a minimum of 24 hours at 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5% relative humidity prior to test. Unless otherwise specified, use test panels EC
4、-coated according to FLTM BI 120-01, A and C. Apply material under test with the magnetic side facing to the panel and press together evenly by hand. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Produc
5、tion Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COLOR Black or as specified on Engineering drawing 3.2 SOLIDS, min 99% (FLTM BV 150-10) 3.3 ASH, max 85% (FLTM BV 150-10) 3.4 THICKNESS 1.7 +/- 0.1 mm (Slide Gauge) 3.5 DENSITY, max 2.6 g/cm3 3.6 RESISTANCE TO SAGGING The material shall fuse properly to the subst
6、rate without evidence of flow-off sagging, blistering or cracking. Test Method: 1) Apply 280 x 280 mm pieces of test material to 300 x 300 x 1.5 +/- 0.1 mm test panels prepared according to clause 3, note, and expose in vertical position (separate test assemblies for each curing cycle): ENGINEERING

8、to room temperature. 3.7 ADHESION AFTER HEAT AGEING No chipping, no loss of (FLTM BV 155-02, Method B, Load “A“ adhesion, no cracking 14 d heat ageing at 80 +/- 2 C, expose or blistering in vertical position heat curing cycle, test panel thickness 1.5 - 0.1 mm, separate test assemblies for each curi

10、LD ADHESION AFTER HEAT AGEING No chipping, no loss of (FLTM BV 151-02, Method B, load “A“, adhesion or blistering -35 +/- 1 C, 14 d heat ageing at 80 +/- 2 C, expose in vertical position heat curing cycle, test panel thickness 1.5 +/- 0.1 mm, separate test assemblies for each curing cycle, curing cy
11、cle according to 3.7, Test Method, Section a) and b) 3.9 SALT FOG RESISTANCE No corrosion Test Method: 1) Specimen preparation according to 3.7, test method, no heat ageing. 2) Condition at room temperature for 24 hours and test according to ASTM B 117: a) 240 hours for test assemblies with anodic E
