SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven dobby face fabric. The fabric is made with 3

3、8% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post-consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION WRS-M1H1158-A1 specification was released originally for material used in US as an interior trim fabric for 2015 MY Mustang seat insert only. The fabric was originally approved as backcoated and laminated. All new programs exce

4、pt Mustang must use B1 construction. WRS-M1H1158-B1 specification was released originally for material used in Europe as an interior trim fabric for S-Max and Galaxy 2014 MY seat insert. The fabric was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDA

5、RD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be u

6、sed whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 Both specifications must contain 38% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/

Contact for questions concerning Engineering Material Specifications. 4.1 Purchase departments will ensure that the material defined in this specification and shipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier only. 4.2 Global strategy to use Tri-Laminate construction, B1, in all regions. 4.3 If yarn is locally sourced it must meet the above fabric construction, composition and yarn construction. The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4/latest.
