SCOPE The material defined is a single needle bar knit polyester face fabric, laminated with foam and scrim and electro-welded. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1160-A1 contains 54% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consume

3、r) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for 2015MY Mustang seat inserts. The material was originally approved laminated with foam and scrim and electro-welded. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MA

4、TERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible

5、. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 54% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC
