SCOPE The material def

2、ined is a single needle bar knit polyester face fabric, laminated with foam and scrim and embossed. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1186-A1 contains 51% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post-consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior tri

3、m fabric for Edge 2016MY as an insert. The fabric was originally approved as laminated with foam and scrim and embossed. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Material

4、s (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 51% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the m

5、aterial can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-(latest) as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, -10 /+10 % tolerance (ASTM D3775) Wales 150 / 10 cm Courses 180 / 10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weig
