SCOPE The material
2、 defined is a flat woven polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1196-A22 contains a minimum of 25% PIR/PCR (postindustrial/post-consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for P558 2016 MY seat insert.
3、The fabric was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with
4、 recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WRS-M1H1196-A22. This specification must contain 25% minimum recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2/latest. The remaining portion of the mat
5、erial can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-B1/B2/B3/B4/latest as applicable. 3.1.3 Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/latest, Performance, Veh
