2、Inc. Page 1 of 2 FABRIC, OMNI PATTERN, FLAT WOVEN WRS-M1H1229-A 43% PIR/PCR UNLAMINATED 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven dobby polyester face fabric. The fabric is made with 43% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was

3、 released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for 2013 Fusion seat bolster and /or insert for Europe and China production. The fabric was approved as backcoated and trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS

4、 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 Recycled Content This specification must contain 43% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2, Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content. The rem

5、aining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A4 as applicable. The fabric must be backcoated. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 9

The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4. 5.
