2、TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven dobby face fabric. The fabric is made with 25% PIR (Post industrial) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for F-Series 2016 seat i

3、nsert. The fabric was approved as backcoated. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P4

4、2-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 25% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements

5、listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 260 ends/10 cm Weft 200 picks/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +/-10 % tolerance, (FLTM BN 106-01) Face fabric 350 g/m2 Backcoat/Re
