2、 FABRIC, VINYL COATED (PVC) EXPANDED, WITH BIO-BASED AND WRS-M2F211-A1 RECYCLED CONTENT (PCR/PIR) NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a laminate consisting of a vinyl film, an expanded PVC layer, and fabric backing. The backing fabric is made with 100
3、% recycled (PCR) yarn. The PVC layer has 20% minimum bio-based and recycled (PIR) content. 2. APPLICATION The specification was released originally as a flexible skin for side facing and seat back applications and other soft trim applications. 2.1 LIMITATIONS This material has not been approved for
4、use on A surface seating applications. For IP topper applications, full passenger air bag deployment testing needs to be completed. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P3-E1/E2/E3, Performance, Flexible Polymeric Film,
5、 Interior Quality material performance specification. Laminated material must meet the lamination requirement per WSS-M8P3-E3 performance specification. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Pro
