SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a bonded composite of an aramid/polyester heat resistant scrim, aluminum foil and a needled polye

3、ster batt. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a thermal insulator under carpet or mat assemblies in light trucks. The material must be applied with the aramid/polyester heat resistant scrim contacting the hot floorpan surface. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material spec

4、ification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3 CONSTRUCTION The polyester fiber la

The layers shall not separate during shipment, handling or assembly. 3.4 THICKNESS, mm, min As specified on the (FLTM BN 114-01) Engineering drawing 3.5 COMPOSIT

6、ION Only the polyester batt thickness shall vary when different composite thicknesses are specified on the engineering drawing. 3.5.1 Heat resistant scrim, aramid/polyester blend Aramid Fiber .
