7、 BJ 128-04) Must not stain, soften, lift, or otherwise degrade released current production and service paint materials. Substrates: Ford standard steel panels painted with standard white and silver metallic with clearcoat from current production according to respective specifications. Test Method: S
8、pray one half of the painted panels with the test compound and condition for 1 h at 23 + / - 2 C. The test panels are stored in an oven at 16 h at 45 +/- 2 C. Wipe off the test compound and compare with the uncoated half for staining and test for evidence of softening. 3.7.3 Heat Resistance (FLTM BV
9、 118-01, modified as indicated below) Any evidence of flow shall constitute a failure. Spray half of the panel with the test compound and condition for 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C. Mark the edge of the wax and place the panel for 1 h at 80 +/- 2 C in a convection oven in a vertical position with the waxed half of the panel up. Examine for flow after removal from the oven. 5.
