、SK-M98P5-A NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE This specification defines performance requirements for finished interior plastic parts consisting of various components and/or materials. The numerical values not defined within this document will be specified on this document table found on Enginee

、ring Drawing. 2. APPLICATION These parts are generally used in the passenger compartment for application such as e.g. instrument panel coverings, glove box lids, pillar coverings etc. 3. REQUIREMENTS General Definitions regarding Requirements and Test Methods Based on the construction of the finishe

、d parts the requirements are divided into various material groups (see Table 1 for recommendation of requirements for different material groups). Test requirements vary in respect of application and are defined by the methods as specified (see Table 1). Specified test requirements (test methods) are

、 as specified on Engineering drawing for the finished part. Test according to para 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 of Table 1 shall be carried out on the complete finished part or a representative section of the finished part containing all material groups. Each material group shall be evaluated separat

、ely. Surface requirements (from para 3.9 onwards) shall be tested separately for each material group (see Table 1). They shall be tested only if not already tested to individual material specification requirements as quoted on Engineering Drawing. 3.1 STATISTICAL PROCESS Suppliers must conform to th

、e requirements of Ford Quality System Standard Q-101. A mutually acceptable Control Plan as described therein is required for material/source approval. Appropriate statistical tools must be used to analyze process/product data so that variation in the final product is continuously reduced. ENGINEERI
