Material conforming to WRS-M1H1229-A contains 43% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2.

3、 APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for 2013 Fusion seat insert and/or bolster for EU and China production. The fabric was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENT

4、S FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever t

5、echnically feasible. 3.1.1 WRS-M1H1229-A. This specification must contain 43% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 WSS-M1H1229-A2. This specification is based on virgin materials. 3.1.3 In addition to the requirements

6、 listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, -10 /+ 10 % tolerance (ASTM D3775) Warp 905 / 10 cm Weft 283/ 10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, -10 + 10 % tolerance (FLTM BN 106-01) Face fabric 320 g/m2 Backcoat 55g/

The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4. 4.3 Global strategy for this fabric is to use tri-laminate/foam & scrim construction in all regions
