SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a laminate consisting of a solid vinyl film, an expanded vinyl layer, a 65/35% p

3、olyester/cotton blend Jersey knit fabric, and coated with a non-chalking topcoat finish. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in interior trim as a covering for automotive seat cushions and backs. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, t

4、his material shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P3-D1/D2/D3, PERFORMANCE, FLEXIBLE POLYMERIC FILM, INTERIOR QUALITY material performance specification. Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS

5、Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, gloss level and finish shall match the approved Corporate Design master sample, or shall be as specified on the engi
