SCOPE The material defined by this speci

2、fication is designed to passivate properly prepared aluminum substrates prior to subsequent adhesive bonding applications. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for a Chromium-free pretreatment passivate that can be used for both sheet and wrought aluminum alloys. It is received

3、as a concentrated solution, and is required to be diluted prior to use per the manufacturers instructions. 2.1 LIMITATIONS The material approved to this specification is intended to be used as part of a system with materials approved to specifications WSS-M3B83-A1/A2/A3 resulting in a pretreated sub

4、strate that is compliant to the performance requirements defined per WSS-M10P12-B2. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3 TOTAL ACID, m
