2、defined by this specification is a needled random velour, non-woven carpet of good quality and uniform composition. WSS-M3H120-A2 is fused back for improved abrasion resistance. 2 APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a covering fabric for seatbacks and load-flo

REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet assembly (molded or otherwise fabricated), shall meet all requirements stated in WSS-M8P16-A performance specification for trim applications. New colors of previously approved materials must only meet the require
4、ments of paragraphs 3.11, 3.17, 3.18, 3.19, 3.20, 3.21, 3.25 and 3.26. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be
5、conducted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing.
