2、 The material defined by this specification is a spray aliphatic polyurethane skin used for instrument panels and other interior applications. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally to be used as flexible molded skin for an instrument panel with a urethane foam and hard plastic su
3、bstrate. 3. REQUIREMENTS This material must also meet the requirements in WSS-M15P45-A or WSS-M15P4-E and any applicable SDS including but not limited to the IP and PAB SDS. Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODU
4、CTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 TEST SPECIMEN 3.4.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified, all tests shall be carried out on specimens die cut from flat skins. 3

The thickness must be documented on the report. 3.7 ODOR Rating 2 (FLTM BO 131-01) 3.8 MATERIAL PERFORMANCE TESTING The materials approved to this specification must meet the performance specification WSS-M15P45-A for Instrument Panels, WSS-M15
9、P4-E for door panels and other interior applications, and the applicable SDS such as the IP-SDS. If the final assembly contains an integrated airbag the material must meet the PAB-SDS and Restraints must be contacted for all requirements. Once documentation is provided that this testing is complete the material will be added to the approved source list. 5.
