SCOPE The material defined
2、 by this specification is a dry blended slush molded polyvinyl chloride skin that is both UV and heat stabilized and is used as a formed door trim panel coverstock. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally to be used as flexible cover stock for the door trim panel of the Navigator.

REQUIREMENTS This material must also meet the requirements in WSS-M15P4-E and any applicable SDS including but not limited to the INTRIM. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Mate
4、rials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 TEST SPECIMEN 3.2.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified, all tests shall be carried out on specimens die cut from unformed sheets. 3.2.2 Specific Gravity (+/- 0.1) 1.17 (ASTM D 792) 3.2.3 Hardness, Durometer 75 (15 s dwell, +/- 5) 3.2.4 Tensile Streng

The thickness must be documented on the report. 3.5 ODOR Rating 2 (FLTM BO 131-01) 3.6 MATERIAL PERFORMANCE TESTING The materials approved to this specification must meet the performance specification WSS-M15P4-E for Door Trim Panels and the applicable SDS such as the INTRIM-SDS. Once
10、documentation is provided that this testing is complete the material will be added to the approved source list. 11、ial shall show no fading or color change in excess of specified Gray Scale rating (AATCC Evaluation Procedure 1/ISO 105-A02). In addition, there shall be no cracking, crazing or other deterioration. Filtered Xenon Arc Weatherometer Rating 4 (SAE J1885 modified (FLTM BO 116-01), 1052.8 kJ/m2exposure min, specimen size: 60 x 140 mm min) 4.
