SC

2、OPE This specification defines the standard performance requirements for soft flexible materials used in exterior tonneau cover applications. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for materials used in the F150 exterior tonneau cover. In addition, other components used in the ton

3、neau cover system must meet the following requirements if present in the system. Exterior rigid painted parts must meet WSS-M2P180-D or latest. Labels must meet WSS-M99P41-A10/A72 or latest. Exterior plastic parts must meet WSS-M98P13-C or latest. EDPM rubber parts must meet the appropriate specific

4、ation per engineering drawing WSS-M2D(378-381)-B1 or latest. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111/latest). 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluation

5、s shall be conducted on test specimens taken from production representative exterior tonneau rolled goods, assemblies or parts. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample or shall be specified on the engineering drawing. 3.4 CO

6、NSTRUCTION (ASTM D629) Construction as specified on the Engineering Drawing. 9、min (FLTM BN 112-08, ISO 105-A02/AATCC, All agents and Body Wax) 3.7.4 Resistance to Heat Aging Rating 4 min (7 days at 100 +/-2 C, ISO 105-A02/AATCC Evaluation Procedure 1) After exposure, the material shall show no evidence of tackiness, spewing, excessive loss of grain or exhibit staining, color

10、tone change or change in hue in excess of required AATCC rating. Any “spotty“ or non-uniform staining or discoloration shall be cause for rejection. 3.7.5 Environmental Cycling (ISO 105-A02/AATCC Evaluation Procedure 1) Rating 4 min 5 cycles of the following: 3 h at 80 +/- 2 C 1 h at 23 +/- 2 C and

11、50 +/-5% RH 3 h at -40 +/-2 C 1 h at 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/-5% RH 16 h at 38 +/- 2 C and 95 to 98% RH After exposure the material shall show no color change in excess of the specified Grey Scale rating. After exposure the material shall show no color change in exces
