4、urndeckel ist hinsichtlich Abstandsmae zur Karosserie auf Zeichnungsstand zu berprfen und gegebenenfalls einzustellen. Besitzt der Kofferraumdeckel Anschlagpuffer, so mssen diese tragend zur Karosserie eingestellt werden. Schlo und Schliebgel/blech sind ebenfalls nach Zeichnung einzustellen. 45024D.

Das Gewicht (Spezialvorrichtung) wird in Deckelmitte an der Hinterkante des Kofferraumdeckels befestigt. Der Durchschlagweg des

7、 Kofferraumdeckels wird aus einer Deckel-Fallhhe von 600 mm (Fallhhe kann je nach Struktur des Deckels etwas variieren) mit Prfgewicht 50 und 100 N ermittelt. Die Messung des Durchschlagweges erfolgt an allen kritischen Karosserieannherungen (2.B. Schluleuchte, Stofnger An den vorgenannten Stellen i

8、st zuerst der Istabstand zu messen. Dann wird Plastilin in dnnen Streifen aufgetragen und nach dem Zufallenlassen des Deckels der Restweg mittels Schieblehre gemessen. 11、nk lid closing behavior per ,the GM 1 O Point Subjective Rating Scale. To determine the trunk lid closing force until the lock engages. To measure trunk lid override from a drop height of 600 mm, applying 50 N and 100 N. To determine whether buckling occurs on trunk lid and body, or whether the tail

12、lamps are damaged during a closing test per item 1.3. Equipment Complete vehcile Closing weights - special fixture which is attached to the rear edge of the trunk lid with suction heads. Slide caliper and plasticine. Perform the test on a complete vehicle with all doors and windows closed. Check and

13、, if necessary, correct the gap between lid and body per drawing specification. If the trunk lid is provided with rubber or other bumpers they must correctly fit the vehicle body. Lock and strikerlstrike plate must also be adjusted to drawing specification. Subjectively evaluate the dynamical closin

15、r drop height (to be newly determined for every car model according to the trunk lid structure) from which the trunk lid lock engages without excessive closing work. Load (special fixture) is applied in the middle of the trunk lid to its rear edge. 3.5 Drop the trunk lid from a drop height of 600 mm

16、 (drop height may somewhat be changed depending on the lid structure) and determine trunk lid override, applying loads of 50 and 100 N. Override is to be measured at every critical point between lid and body (e.g. taillights, bumper, etc.). First measure the actual distance between lid and body at t

17、he above points. Then apply plasticine in thin layers and determine the residual thickness after the lid has been dropped, using the slide caliper. Override is the difference between actual distance and residual plasticine thickness. The measurements shall be taken in the middle of the trunk lid and
