19、sed by Information Handling Services7.2.4 Deviations from the specified mechanical properties in clauses 7.2.1 to 7.2.3 must be specified in the engineering drawing and must be included in the material release. 7.2.5 The mechanical properties in clauses 7.2.1 to 7.2.3 must be guaranteed; this applie

20、s to a period starting at the time when the products are made available as agreed when the order was placed and extending for 8 days in the case of the rimmed grades and for 6 months in th6 case of killed grades. 7.2.6 For the grade cold reduced, annealed, skin passed for painted exterior body-parts

21、, QS 1010 ZL, the mechanical properties for QS 1010 ZK applies (clause 7.2.2). 7.2.7 The values from the tensile test applies for flat products c 600 mm width for longitudinal test pieces, for flat products .1600 mm width for transverse test pieces. 7.2.8 The values for the yield stress applies at n

22、ot significant yield stress for the 0,2 % proof stress (Rp0,2) otherwise for the upper yield stress (Reh). 7.2.9 The specified minimum yield stress for hot rolled flat products of 21 5 N/mmz shall be guaranteed by changing parts made from this material in a coated type from cold reduced flat product

24、r welding by the usual welding methods. 7.4 Surface Condition Depending on the order details all types of flat product to this specification shall have an appropriate type of surface and surface finish. Irregularities of the surface such as stripes in the rolling directions as well as occassionally

25、occuring bulges, slight scratches, rubbing spots, Pittings, small scores or marks, creases (folds), indentations or other mechanical damages are permissible as far as they do not affect the fsrmability, function and appearance of the components. 7.5 Welding Seams at Coils 7.5.1 For hot rolled strips

26、 pickling welding seams (butt welding seams produced before running in the pickle) are not permissible. 7.5.2 For cold reduced strips are the pickling welding seams from the manufacturing of hot rolled strips permissible without any restriction. Butt welding seams in cold reduced strips are permissi

27、ble, but they shall not be existing in a part. For cold reduced strips with surface type B to DIN EN 1 O 130 (correpsonding to surface type 05 to DIN 1623, part l), the butt welding seams shall be indicated by perforation. They can be recognized by sensors and shall be cutted off. For cold reduced s

28、trips with surface type A to DIN EN 10 130 (corresponding to surface type 03 to DIN 1623, part 1) butt welding seams shall not be existing (because of not existing detecting devices). 29、 of this material specification cover only the requirements of Product Engineering Department. The requirements for proccessing (forming, welding, surface treatment) must also be considered wnen determining the DIN EN or DIN grade for the purchase specification. 30、propriate DIN EN or DIN grade requires agreement with Production Planning Department and in case Steel Quality Department. if the DIN EN or DIN steel grade is changed after production start this shall have been agreed upon by Product Engineering Department in case of preceded functional tests. Fr Teile, die einsatzgehrtet werden sollen, sind grundstrlich die Technischen Lieferbedingungen QS 1010 ZU verbindlich. 6 Bemerkung Freigabemuster, fr die diese Vorschrift zutrifft, mssen nach dieser Vorschrift g

44、eprft werden und von der Produktentwicklung und Konstruktion genehmigt sein, ehe eine Lieferung erfolgen kann. Bei beabsichtigter Abweichung von dieser Vorschrift oder von den bisher freigegebenen Mustern ist der Hersteller verpflichtet, unaufgefordert den Abnehmer mit einer Dokumentation ber alle v

45、orgesehenen Vernderungen zu informieren.
