This specification specifies the general requirements of sealer-expandable mastic used for body line. 1.1.1 Mater

3、ial Types. One-component regular paste adhesive which is composed of synthetic resin base and additives such as vulcanization agent and blowing agent. . Medium Strength Type: 4 8 kgf/cm2 of adhesion strength . Low Strength Type: 1.5 2.5 kgf/cm2 of adhesion strength 1.1.2 General Descriptions. 1.1.2.

4、1 Heat-curing type, it provides perfect adhesion when baking conditions in the painting line are met. 1.1.2.2 As solvent-free type, it is free from danger of ignition. 1.1.2.3 Materials without electrical conductivity (ED-Off type) shall be used. 1.1.2.4 Materials should be good adhesion against gen

5、eral and galvanized steel treated with rust preventative oil. The Materials should not cause rust on the sealer-spread surface. 1.1.2.5 Materials should be easily treated, and they shall not give out hazardous odor and toxic fumes which may do damage to human bodies in case of sealer-spreading work

6、and drying work. 1.2 Symbols. Not applicable. 1.3 Typical Applications. This specification applies to sealer-expandable mastic used for plate reinforcement, adhesion and caulk between inner panel and outer panel at hood, trunk lid and door of automobile. 1.4 Remarks. 9、6.1 Apply the sealer to the channel-shaped panel with (20 25) mm cross-section as shown in Figure 3, and mount the numbers of two spacers, size of 1 mm. Bond the panel of the same size onto it so that they fit neatly. 3.3.6.2 Cure it under the baking condition in Table 1, and expose it at room tempe
