4、urces 3.1 Facilities. 3.1.1 Calibration. The test facilities and equipment shall be in good working order and shall have a valid calibration label. 3.1.2 Alternatives. Alternative test facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measuring variables as specified in this standard shall be
5、determined correctly with respect to their physical definition. 3.2 Equipment. 3.2.1 Twin Test Bench for transmissions, with electric-motor drive. 3.2.2 Temperature Control Device. 4 Procedure 4.1 Preparation. 4.1.1 Measure bore diameters of the COG wheels and shaft diameters of the bearing surfaces
6、 and their surface roughness. 4.1.2 Install the measured parts into the transmission. 4.1.3 Mount the transmission assembly on the test bench and shift into the gears required to obtain the maximum relative speed (highest and lowest gear ratio in the transmission). 4.1.4 Fill in specified amount and
7、 type of oil. 4.2 Conditions. 4.2.1 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. 8、pany All Rights Reserved June 2016 Page 2 of 2Version : 4 4.3 Instructions. 4.3.1 The speed at the transmission input is 6,000 min-1. 4.3.2 The maximum speed differences of the COG wheels compared with the main shaft are reached: At highest gear with transmission in lowest gear. At lowest gear with
9、transmission in highest gear. 4.3.3 The transmission runs at no load. 4.3.4 The oil temperature is held between 353 K (= +80 ) and 393 K (= +120 ) with the temperature control device. 4.3.5 After termination of the test, the bearings are to be measured per clause 4.1.1 and the wear is to be determin
10、ed. 5 Data 5.1 Bogy. 5.1.1 The number of test runs shall be at least 6. 5.1.2 Minimum running time 200 hours, 100 hours in highest and lowest (forward-) speed each, without damage of the bearing surfaces. 6 Safety This standard may involve hazardous materials, operations, and equipment.
