2、 Version : 2 1 Introduction Note: Nothing in this standard supersedes applicable laws and regulations. Note: In the event of conflict between the Korean and English language, the Korean language shall take precedence. 1.1 Purpose and Scope. Determination of dynamic durability in the fatigue and endu

3、rance strength range for quality control purposes. 2 References Note: Only the latest approved standards are applicable unless otherwise specified. 2.1 External Standards/Specifications. None 2.2 GM Standards/Specifications. GMW3059 2.3 Additional References. None 3 Test Preparation and Evaluation 3

4、.1 Resources. 3.1.1 Calibration. The test facilities and equipment shall be in good working order and shall have a valid calibration label. 3.1.2 Alternatives. Alternative test facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measuring variables as specified in this standard shall be determin

5、ed correctly with respect to their physical definition. 3.1.3 Equipment. 3.1.3.1 Equipment Axial Force Test. Resonance pulsator, e.g., made by Schenk type : PVM, Fmax = 16 KN or hydraulic actuat or with Fmax = 25 KN test machine shall be equipped as follows, load cell with suitable measuring range c

6、losed-loop control unit for vibrational force control amplitude measuring instrument to measure the amplitude versus test time preselect cycle counter test sample clamping and locating fixture as described under clause 4.1.1 3.1.3.2 Equipment for Rotating Bending Test. Rotating bending test stand wi

7、th the following characteristics speed n | 1,070 min # f = 18 Hz axial prestressing provision, range approx. 3 mm angular adjusting provision, range approx. 3 preselect cycle counter test sample clamping and locating device as described under clause 4.2.1 substitute crankshafts and converters 3.1.3.

8、3 Equipment for Torsion Test. Hydraulic torsional actuator with MT max = 2,000 Nm load cell with suitable measuring range and accuracy to control the test torque introduced to the sample preselect cycle counter clamping and locating fixtures as described under clause 4.3.1. 3.1.3.4 Equipment for Bol

9、t Untightening Test. Hydraulic actuator with Fmax = 25 KN load cell with suitable measuring range vibrational force control unit preselect cycle counter suitable devices for force introduction, test sample clamping and locating device as described in clause 4.4.1, or the entire equipment described i

For evaluation of the dynamic durability of flex plates, 4 different tests on test stands are

11、required. The single test types including the details required for the tests are listed in the following survey. Further details of the single tests are described in clause 4. 3.1.4.2 Survey of Bench Tests to Determine the Dynamic Flex Plate Durability and General Details. Clause Test Type Fixture a

The f

14、lex plate is connected with crankshaft KW by genuine crankshaft bolts. The crankshaft is rigidly clamped to an angular bracket W by means of a clamping fixture V. 15、lted Connection. The test torques are produced by a hydraulic actuator II and transmitted to flex plate A by lever HA and a converter clamping fixture WV. The flex plate is clamped rigidly on the crankshaft side by means of crankshaft adapter KW. 4.4.1.3 Setup for Testing the Entire Crankshaft to Co

16、nverter System. This test version is a combination of the two tests described above. The crankshaft bolted connection as described in clause 4.4.1.1 and the converter bolted connection as described in clause 4.4.1.2 are tested together. 4.4.2 Test Type. Staircase test, featuring the increase of torq

17、ue Mt by Mt to overcome the frictional engagement of the crankshaft or converter bolted connection. 4.4.3 Test Data. y Initial torque: 600 Nm. y Torque increase/step: Mt = 300 Nm. y Torque of the following step: Mti+1 = Mti + Mt (i = 1, 2, 3). y Cycles/step = N = 500 cycles. y Test frequency: 1 Hz s

18、ine. 4.4.4 Test Report. In addition to the details demanded in clause 3.1.4.3, the following values shall be recorded. 4.4.4.1 Resultant breakaway torque, and; 4.4.4.2 Residual torques of the bolted connection tested, after breakaway. 4.4.5 Test Evaluation. 4.4.5.1 Determination of Breakaway. Breaka

19、way of the bolted connection is determined with the help of optical, mechanical, or electrical equipment. 4.4.5.2 Statistical Evaluation.
