C51000, C52100, C52400,C53400, or C54400 and of such soundness as to be suitable forprocessing in to the products prescribed herein.1This specification is un

16、hot or cold worked to the finishedsize and subsequently annealed, when required, to meet thetemper properties specified.6. Chemical Composition6.1 The material shall conform to the chemical compositionrequirements in Table 1 for the Copper Alloy UNS No.designation specified in the ordering informati
17、on.6.1.1 These composition limits do not preclude the presenceof other elements. By agreement between the manufacturer andthe purchaser, limits may be established and analysis requiredfor unnamed elements.6.2 For alloys in which copper is listed as “remainder,”copper is the difference between the su
18、m of all elementsdetermined and 100 %.6.3 When all elements specified in Table 1,for the CopperAlloy UNS No. named in the ordering information are deter-mined, the sum of results shall be 99.5 % min.7. Temper7.1 Rod and BarThe standard tempers for rod and barproduced under this specification are ide
19、ntified in Table 2 orTable 3.7.1.1 Soft anneal temper (O60),7.1.2 Hard temper (H04), and7.1.3 Spring temper (H08).7.2 ShapesThe temper for shapes is subject to agreementbetween the manufacturer and the purchaser and the agreementshall be a part of the contract or purchase order.8. 20、y Requirements8.1 Tensile Strength Requirements:8.1.1 Rod and BarRod and bar furnished under thisspecification shall conform to the tensile requirements pre-scribed in Table 2 or Table 3 for the specified Copper AlloyUNS No. designation, temper, cross-section, and size whentested in accordance with
21、Test Methods E8or E8M.8.1.2 ShapesThe tensile requirements for shapes shall besubject to agreement between the manufacturer and the pur-chaser and the agreement shall be a part of the contract orpurchase order.9. Other Requirements9.1 Piston-Finish Rod or ShaftingWhen specified in thecontract or pur
