PURPOSE This standard specifies the method for determination of damping forces of hydraulic shock absorber(hereinafter referred to as the shock absorber) 2. SCOPE This standard specifies test equipment, test condition for determining the damping force
4、of the shock absorber and the method for determining damping force characteristics. 3. EQUIPMENT 3.1. Vibrator: The device which vibrates, fixing the upper end part of shock absorber and varying the speed of the lower end part according to testing conditions. 3.2. Force measuring device: The device
5、outfitted with the meters for test stroke and speed (piston speed) and capable of measuring and recording the damping force at the stroke and the speed. 4. TEST CONDITIONS 4.1. Temperature of testing room: Room temperature 4.2. The test sample temperature at the beginning of test: 222K 4.3. Test str
6、oke length: 100mm 4.4. Speed (rpm) : 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 200, 300 4.5. Vibration position: The center of the stroke 4.6. Prepare at least 6 test samples. 5. PERFORMANCE 5.1. Mount the test sample on test machine. 5.2. Test the test sample according to test conditions and in the automatic sequence,
