3、rtical line. Left and right movement is permitted. If the support is broken, its surface must not be sharp and the broken part must be within 10 mm in size. Also, more than 2.5 R must contact the sphere with a diameter of 165 mm. 4.1.2.2 Break-Away Test - Inside Mirror. 4.1.2.2.1 Install the inside

4、mirror on the rigid plate. 6、 side 50 mm in diameter from the direction of the impact relaxing device. Also, the impact point must be located more than 10 mm from the periphery and impact must be applied to the glass side and its opposite side. 4.2.3.6 When impact is applied to the outside mirror by free falling the hammer at a

7、n angle of 60 to the vertical line. The test must be conducted with an outside mirror 2 m away from the ground and be repeated more than 1 time. 4.2.3.7 After applying impact, the pendulum must swing more than 20 to the vertical line and left and right movement is permitted. 4.2.4 Destruction Streng

8、th Test. The test applies only to an outside mirror of folding type. After mounting a mirror on a support in the same conditions as in a vehicle, 30 kg of load (F) must be applied from the upper end to the lower end of the mirror for 5 seconds. The load applying point must be located at the upper pa

9、rt which is 40 mm from the end of the housing. After the test, apparent components such as housing and base must show no cracks and breaks, and rotationally functioning parts must show no cracks, be folded back and forth, and make no rattle noise. 4.2.5 Folding Durability Test. 4.2.5.1 The test appl

10、ies to a outside mirror which can be manually and automatically folded. After mounting a outside mirror on a support (or door) in the same conditions as in a vehicle, the following cycle must be conducted 7000 times : fold the mirror completely and get it back to its original position. Operating fre

11、quency must be (41) times, per minute. And the trimming moments before and after the test must be measured. 4.2.5.2 The trimming moment (P) must be initially (61) kg and min. 3 kg after the test. But, the condition of a complete folding and getting back to its original position must be applied only
