No of test samples Three finished test samples shall be used for approval test. 4.2. Requirements of test sample The test sample shall show no signs of defe
5、cts in visual inspection. 5. TEST METHOD AND REQUIREMENTS The sample shall meet all the following requirements: 5.1. Preparation for test 5.1.1. Mount the floor cover assy to the test jig in the vehicle condition. 5.1.2. Operate the sample 10 times prior to test. 5.2. Operating effort 5.2.1. Test me

Requirements Unless specified otherwise in drawings, the open effort before and after durability test shall be 1030N. 5.3. Durability test 5.3.1. Test method With opening of the floor cover

Requirements Each part shall show no signs of deformation, breakage, abnormal noise, poor opening, cracks, etc after open-close durability test under each temperature condition. 6. CODING This test method shall be called up in drawings as follows: “The parts must comply with EDS-T-4303.” Additional requirements other than those in this standard shall be indicated in drawings and shall prevail over this standard.
