It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by GMW14278. 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this test

3、 is to specify general test conditions of load floor panel performance and durability as an extension of design drawing. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to all passenger vehicle load floor panels. Vendors shall conduct test in accordance with the standard, secure approval of test result and submit th

4、e result to GMDAT QA Team prior to shipping test items under this standard. For unspecified items, decisions shall be based on consultation with related GMDAT team. Questions on this standard shall be addressed to GMDAT Test Team. 3. TEST ITEM PREPARATION 3.1. In case a test item is different from a

5、pproved test items or when making a design change different from this standard, all changes shall be notified to the customer. 3.2. Vendor shall review numerical measurement data and provide it to the customer. Vendor shall notify the customer of any discrepancy in such data. 3.3. Unless otherwise s

6、pecified, test items shall be stored in standard temperature and humidity condition (205, 6520%) prior to testing. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT 4.1. Jig for LOAD FLOOR PANEL Load Test Use a rectangular plate of 60 X 60 X 150t. 4.2. Load & length measurement device 4.3. Device shall measure the load within 0.5K

7、gf and length within 0.5mm. 4.4. Hot-cold Chamber 4.5. Push-pull Gauge 4.6. X-Y RECORDER or Plotter 4.7. 8、gy 4.8. Jig for load application Use a steel plate of 100 X 100 X 10t as in Figure 1. Figure 1 4.9. Daylight exposure test device described in EDS-T-7415. 5.1 (Xenon-Arc Type) 4.10. Environment chamber that can maintain temperature 3 and humidity5%. 4.11. Cold chamber that can maintain temperature o

9、f -30 within variation range of 3K. 4.12. Incombustibility test equipment described in EDS-T-7602. 5. TEST METHOD & REQUIREMENTS All of the following detailed test requirements shall be satisfied. 5.1. Test Preparation 5.1.1. Install load floor panel onto test jig in the same condition as actual veh

10、icle. 5.1.2. Operate the test sample ten times prior to testing. 5.2. Open/close Effort 5.2.1. Test Method Use Push-Pull Gauge to measure Open/Close Effort by applying load in the operating direction around the handle. 5.2.2. Requirements Unless specified otherwise in the drawing, the open/close eff

11、ort before and after testing shall satisfy 1030N. 5.3. Durability Test 5.3.1. Test Method Define a cycle as opening the load floor panel to the maximum from its closed condition followed by closing it again to its initial condition. Perform test in the following sequence at the speed of 4 cycles per

13、equirements There shall not be any deformation, damage, joint, poor opening or closing, or fracture in any area upon completion of durability test in each temperature condition. 5.4. Strength Test in the direction of Handle operation 5.4.1. Test Method (1) Apply 20Kgf load in the direction of handle

14、 operation at the center position of test item. (2) Perform this test at Room Temperature, Hot (+90) and Cold (-20) temperature condition, respectively, after 6 hours of soaking. 5.4.2. Test Evaluation There shall not be any deformation or damage that disables operation. 5.5. Load Test 5.5.1. Test M

15、ethod With load floor panel supported by jig fixtures as in Figure 2, apply load of 600N at the mid position of SPL at the load speed of 50mm/min to measure displacement and load data. Plot measurement values in a graph of load vs displacement. Figure 2 5.5.2. Requirements Maximum deformation after

16、application of 600N load shall be within 30mm. General required proper

17、ties of color plastic parts for interior trim 5.6.1. Test Method & Requirements Requirements of 6.1, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.7 and 6.8 in standard EDS-T-7022 6 shall be satisfied. (Here, the Sunlight Endurance level shall be Grade 6 or better.) 5.7. Odor Test 5.7.1. Test Method & Requirements Test shall be

18、 performed in accordance with EDS-T-7603 A2/B2 and Grade 6 or higher is required unless specified otherwise. 6. CODING SYSTEM Requirement for this standard shall be specified on drawing as follows: “This part shall satisfy the standard of EDS-T-4307.” Additional requirements outside of this standard shall be specified on relevant drawing and be applicable with priority over the standard.
