4、 3 Version : 3 4 Procedures 4.1 Conditions. 4.1.1 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 Pad Separation Strength Test. 4.2.1.1
5、 Fix the headrest fixture jig onto the groove plate and install the headrest to the design standard position on the jig. 4.2.1.2 Install the loading device and then install the band to the headrest as shown in Figure 1. 4.2.1.3 The band shall be so installed that the headrest frame is not subject to
6、 loads at installing. 4.2.1.4 Apply a load of 80 Kgf at a speed of 100 mm/min in the direction parallel with the headrest rod. 4.2.1.5 After removing the load, check pad separation. 4.2.1.6 Conduct the above min. 3 times by changing samples. 4 4G 9) 9P9I / -PF%L6$ .
