4、 Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 Fit the BIW or the seat-fixing jig on the durability tester, and then mount a seat on the B

5、IW or the jig. 4.2.2 Set the seat adjuster systems other than the seat cushion tilt to the position specified in the design standard. 4.2.3 Load the cushion pan with weight of 68 kg on the seat cushion. 4.2.4 Adjust the position of the weight of the cushion pan to be concentrated on the H-point. 4.2

6、.5 Move the seat cushion from the uppermost position to the lowermost position with the adjuster knob as shown in Figure 1. 4.2.6 Return the seat cushion from the lowermost position to the uppermost position with the adjuster knob. 4.2.7 Repeat the test for 10,000 cycles in a speed of 5 10 cpm. Each
