Deviations from the
4、requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 Fit the BIW or the seat-fixing jig on the durability tester, and then mount a seat on the BIW or the jig. 4.2.2 Set the othe
5、r adjuster systems of the seat to the positions specified in the design standard. 4.2.3 Pull the recliner lever to move the seat back to the forefront position. 4.2.4 Release the locking device of seat cushion to fold the entire seat backward. 4.2.5 Push the entire seat forward to lock the seat cush
6、ion on the original position. 4.2.6 Pull the recliner lever to return the seat back to the position specified in the design standard. 4.2.7 Repeat the test for 3,000 cycles. Each cycle consists of procedures defined in items 4.2.3 through 4.2.6. 4.2.8 Check the mechanism for any abnormal noise until
