Minimum three new assembled seats. 4 Procedures 4.1 Preparation. 4.1.1 Fit the seat-fixing jig on the leveling surface table, and mount the seat on the jig. 4.1.2 Set the other seat adjuster
4、 systems to the positions specified in the design standard. 4.1.3 If the positions specified in the design standard are unknown, set the positions as follows: y Slider: center. y Torso angle: 25 28q. y Lifter: Lowermost position. y Lumbar support: weakest position. 4.2 Conditions. 4.2.1 Test Conditi
5、ons. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.3 Instructions. 4.3.1 Fit the jig on the position shown in fig. 2, and install the weight loading equipment on the cushio
6、n in perpendicular to the ground, and on the back in perpendicular to the torso line. 4.3.2 Load the weight of 6 kgf on the cushion and 3 kgf on the seat back with preliminary compression. 4.3.3 Load the weight on the cushion (0 kgf 6 kgf 0 kgf) and on the seat back (0 kgf 3 kgf 0 kgf) with the init
