4、echnology 5. TEST PROCEDURES 5.1. Appearance test 5.1.1. Visual test (1) Conduct visual inspection. (2) When observed visually, each module shall show no signs of harmful flaws, cracks, or other defects that may adversely affect the performance. 5.1.2. Dimension test Specified samples based on KS B

5、5203 (Vernier calipers) shall be used. Samples shall meet material requirements of the design specifications and dimensional requirements in drawings. 5.2. Characteristics test 5.2.1. Basic performance (1) Performance characteristics of the motor by type shall follow the requirements in drawings. Wh

6、en any performance characteristic of the motor is changed, approval by GMDAT shall be obtained. (2) Test voltage shall be 12V and test torque shall be 4kg-Y . 5.2.2. Noise test (1) Put the test sample onto a 30mm-thick urethane mat and keep the sound level meter 100mm from the motor body as shown in

7、 the following figure. The sound level meter shall face the motor cooling air intake and the sound level shall be measured with A-scale. (2) The background noise of the anechoic chamber shall not be larger than 20dB and the test voltage shall be 4V and 13.5V. (3) Evaluation standard : The noise leve

8、l shall not be larger than 43dB A at 4V and not be larger than 60dB at 13.5V. Dielectric strength test (1) Apply either AC 500V for 1 mi

9、nute or AC 600V for 1 second between the conductor and insulator. (2) Performance and durability shall not be affected. 5.2.4. Insulation resistance test (1) When DC500V is applied between the conductor and insulator, the insulation resistance shall not be smaller than 1M . (2) Performance and durab

10、ility shall not be affected. 5.2.5. Arresting test Apply 13.5V to the motor with the shaft arrested for 2 minutes. Before fuse short-circuit or under the test conditions, there shall be no smoke, smell and burning and performance shall not be changed. 5.3. Durability test 5.3.1. Durability cycle tes

11、t (1) Mount the motor to the fan and case and give the blowing resistance that meets the current consumption requirements in the zero body blowing condition at DC 13.5V and perform 2800 cycles with the following as 1 cycle: (2) Evaluation standard : 5.3.14 (1) shall be met. 5.3.2. Vibration test (no

12、rmal condition) (1) Under acceleration of 4.4G and frequency of 2000cfm(33.3Hz), perform test for 4 hours for vertical and 2 hours for longitudinal direction. (2) Evaluation standard : 5.3.14 (1) shall be met. 5.3.3. Vibration test (sweep condition) (1) Under acceleration of 4.4G and frequency of 20

13、200Hz, perform test for 4 hours for each of vertical and longitudinal directions. 14、rmal impact test (1) Perform the following (2 hours at 403, 5 minutes at normal temperature, 2 hours at 122.3, 5 minutes at normal temperature) 10 cycles. (2) Evaluation standard : After soaking at normal temperature for 24 hours, 5.3.14 (2) shall be met at the specified voltage. 5.3.5. High tempera

15、ture soaking test (1) Soak the sample at 1223 for 72 hours without power supply. (2) Evaluation standard : Same as 5.3.4 (2). 5.3.6. Low temperature soaking test (1) Soak the sample at 403 for 72 hours without power supply. (2) Evaluation standard : Same as 5.3.4 (2). 5.3.7. Humidity soaking test (1

16、) Soak the sample at temperature of 803 and humidity of 9095 for 72 hours without power supply. (2) Evaluation standard : Same as 5.3.4 (2). 5.3.8. High voltage test (1) Mount the motor to the fan and case and give the blowing resistance to the cooler unit that meets the current consumption requirem

17、ents in the zero body blowing condition at DC 13.5V. (2) After completing the above, continuously apply DC 24V to the motor for 1 minute. Reversed voltage test (1) After giving the blowing resistance to the cooler unit as in 5.3.8 (1), apply DC 12V to the motor for 2 minutes conti

High temperature operation test (1) After giving the blowing resistance to the cooler unit as in 5.3.8 (1), apply DC 13.5V to the motor at 553 for 72 hours. (2) Evaluation standard : Same as 5.3.8 (3). 5.3.11. Low temperature operation te

20、st (1) After giving the blowing resistance to the cooler unit as in 5.3.8 (1), apply DC 10V to the motor at -203 for 72 hours. (2) Evaluation standard : Same as 5.3.8 (3). 5.3.12. High voltage operation test (1) Assemble the motor & fan assy to the metal case for test (inside diameter 203mm, height

21、127mm) so that the fan will not be loaded when it rotates. (2) While keeping the case inside temperature to 3244, apply DC 16V to the motor for 24 hours. (3) Evaluation standard : Same as 5.3.8 (3). 5.3.13. Temperature cycle test (1) After giving the blowing resistance to the cooler unit as in 5.3.8

22、 (1), perform 30 cycles with the following as 1 cycle. (2) Evaluation standard : Same as 5.3.8 (3). 5.3.14. Evaluation criteria (1) The rpm change shall be within 15% of the initial measurement. Current change shall be within28% of the initial measurement. The motor inside structure shall remain nor

23、mal. (2) The rpm change shall be within 5% of the initial measurement. Current change shall be within10% of the initial measurement. The motor inside structure shall remain normal. Low temperature starting test When serial resistance of 3 is connected and DC 12V is applied at -35, the motor shall operate normally. 5.4.2. Salt spray test After salt spray test to KS D 9502, the coated surface and sharp edges shall not

25、 corrode. Salt spray time shall follow the requirements in the product drawing. 6.
