If necessary, the test pieces shall be cut from components. In such cases the c

9、ut edges shall be suitably masked by the use of tape etc. 3.2.2 In the case of tests on organic coatings, possible complete components and specially prepared test panels shall be tested. The test panels shall be (250201) mm. The quality of the organic coating and its condition of application shall b

10、e the same as that of the completed components. 3.2.3 For self-adhesive films, the test pieces shall be the film plus organic coated steel panel as per clause 3.2.2. 3.2.4 For initial sample approval and arbitration purposes, at least 3 test pieces, and for routine quality control, at least 1 test p

11、ieces shall be tested. 4 Procedures 4.1 Conditions. 4.1.1 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.1.2 Conditioning. The test pieces shall be tested i
