4、3.1 Facilities.3.1.1 Calibration. The test facilities and equipment shall be in good working order and shall have a validcalibration label.3.1.2 Alternatives. Alternative test facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measuringvariables as specified in this standard shall be determined
5、 correctly with respect to their physical definition.3.2 Equipment.3.2.1 Condensation climate with Alternating Humidity and Air Temperature (AHT) according to ISO 6270-2.3.2.2 Digital camera with a resolution of 3 Megapixel minimum.3.3 Test Vehicle/Test Piece. Deep-drawing sheet steel according to E
6、N 10130 DCO4 B with root meansquare surface roughness of | 1.0 m and plasma cleaned.Metal sheet dimensions: 210 mm x 150 mm x | 0.8 mm with a bore diameter of 8 mm. If necessary, the metal sheets can be looped with one hole prior to preparation.4.2 Conditions.4.2.1 Environme
9、ntal Conditions. Not applicable.4.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Suchrequirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc.4.2.2.1 According to ISO 6270-2, AHT.4.2.2.2 Four (4) metal sheets per oil.
10、4.2.2.3 Five (5) test cycles.4.2.2.3.1 Each test cycle: 8 h at (+40 3) C and 100 % humidity followed by 16 h at an ambient temperatureof (+18 to +28) C and ambient humidity.4.3 Instructions.4.3.1 Thoroughly wipe all metal sheets with a tissue soaked in petroleum naphta (+60 to +95) C, until there is
11、no more swarf visible on the tissue.4.3.2 Completely immerse each metal sheet for 5 minutes in the test oil.4.3.3 Let the oil drip off for 16 h by placing the metal sheets with an angle of 60 to the horizontal.4.3.4 Wipe off excessive oil with tissue at metal sheet bottom edges before humidity stora
12、ge.4.3.5 Store the metal sheets in an alternating condensation water atmosphere according ISO 6270-2, AHT andtest conditions described in paragraph 4.2.2.4.3.6 After 3 cycles the test metal sheets can remain at an ambient temperature of (+18 to +28) C andambient humidity for additional 48 h to cover
