环境标志产品技术要求纸质餐饮具R百BZ 23-1998Paper utensil for foa川and drink1范围本技术要求规定了纸质餐饮容器类环境标志产品的荃本要求、技术内容和检验方法。本技术要求适用于以纸板成型法或以纸浆模塑法生产的纸质餐饮容器产品。2引用标准GB 11680-1989食品包装用原纸卫生标准GB 9685-1994食品容器、包装材料用助剂使用卫生标准QB/T 2294-1997纸杯QB/T 2341-1997纸餐盒3甚本要求3. 1产品质量须符合QB/T 2294-1997或QB/T 2341-1997质量标准的要求。3.2企业污染物排放必须符合国家或地方规定的污染物排放标准。4技术内容4，产品必须符合GB 11680-1989规定的卫生标准。产品所添加的助剂应符合GB 9685-1988规定的卫生标准。4.2产品主要原材料应为植物纤维5检验方法5. 1本技术要求中的基本要求和技术内容中4.1通过文件审查来验证;52本技术要求中的技术内容中4.2通过现场检查来验证。附加说明:本技术要求由国家环境保护局科技标准司提出。本技术要求由国家环境保护局负责解释。国家环境保护局1998-07-16批准1998-07-16实施
