5、 reinforced panels prepared according to procedure specified in CEMS Test Method GT-13, Panel Preparation, Method H, through Step (7) only. 3.0 PROCEDURE Examine each panel with the unaided eye; any evidence of craters, pinholes, blisters or generally poor appearance of the paint film on any panel will constitute a failure of the paint. 4.0 REPORT Pass or fail.
