Use a CS-10 abrasion wheel with 500 gram load for 50 cycles. 4.4.5.2 Required Wear shall not exceed that of approved master sample in the Industrial Design Department at TD
18、TC. 4.4.6 Sunlight Resistance 4.4.6.1 Method: CEMS GT-31 Method F, expose sample 48 hours; or CEMS GT-31 Method A for 112 kJ. 4.4.6.2 Required No sign of color alteration and tested sample shall be equivalent to approved master sample in the Industrial Design Department at TDTC. 4.4.7 Flammability R
19、esistance 4.4.7.1 Method: Test using procedure specified in latest issue of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 302 - Flammability of Interior Materials, and all requirements of TMS-9544. 4.4.7.2 Required Conformance to requirements of FMVSS and TMS-9544 and certification, per TMS-9543. 5.0 QUALIT
20、Y Material shall have flexibility necessary for good tailoring, and shall be uniform as to quality, color, and finish. 6.0 SOURCE APPROVAL AND QUALITY CONTROL6.1 Supplier RequirementsAll suppliers to International Truck and Engine are required to be registered to ISO 9001 Quality System Requirements
21、. International will also accept TS-16949 registration as long as the supplier can also fulfill all AIAG PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and approval requirements. Suppliers must maintain their certification with an accredited registrar and must furnish copies of registration c
22、ertificates to their International Corporate Buyer upon request. 6.2 ApprovalParts supplied against contracts or purchase orders citing this specification shall be equivalent in all respects to those samples which were approved by the purchaser. No changes in formulation or processing practices are
23、permitted without approval. In the event that changes in material, properties, processing practices, construction, color, or labeling of the product are required, the supplier shall notify Materials Engineering at TDTC and Purchasing and Supplier Development of the proposed change(s). Test data indi
24、cating conformance to all requirements of this specification, test samples, and new or amended or updated Material Safety Data Sheet(s) (MSDS), in accordance with CFR Title 29, Part 1910 shall be submitted with the request for change. 6.3 Process ControlThe supplier shall either perform and report r
25、esults of tests on specific lots of parts produced using ISO 9001 or TS-16949 guidelines, or provide statistical evidence of the lot having been produced in a state of statistical control and with a process capable of providing all required properties.
