5、ounts of charges for phototelegraph calls between private stations or between an (outgoing) privatestation and an (incoming) public station are established in the same way as the accounts for telephone charges. Theyshall be shown in a special section of the telephone accounts.1.2 If the Administrati
6、on agrees to grant a refund after a call has been cleared, the charge for the phototelegraphcall shall be refunded and will not be included in the international accounts.1.3 If the refund is granted only after dispatch of the international accounts, the cost of it shall be borne by theAdministration
7、 that posted the relevant charge to its account.2 Refunds2.1 GeneralThe provisions relating to cancellation of a telephone call request or refusal of a call are also applicable tophototelegraph calls between private stations or between (outgoing) private stations and (incoming) public stations.2.2 C
8、alls between private stations2.2.1 No charge is collected when, on account of faulty circuits, the transmission has not taken place or has not beenconcluded provided that the operator who accepted the request for the phototelegraph call has been informed of thesituation.2.2.2 To obtain refunds when
9、it is seen that, after interruption of the call, the transmission was faulty, thephototelegraph station having paid the charge for the queried call should apply to its Administration, accompanying itsrequest for a refund with the original of the picture and the faulty proof received at the other end
10、.2.3 Calls from a private station to a public stationCharges shall not in general be waived unless transmission has failed to take place or has been defective owingto circuit interruption or to faults in the public stations equipment.
