This mandatoryfallback mode provides the basic features required by the relevant Series F Recommendation, and hence the mandatorytechnical require
5、ments are met.3 Non-standardized capabilitiesThese capabilities are not defined in CCITT Recommendations but are laid down by Administrations and/orindividual manufacturers. Provision is made for the use of such non-standardized capabilities in the procedures detailedin the relevant Series T Recomme
