This comm

2、ercial item description covers 15 watt, preheat-start type fluorescent 1 amps. Salient characteristics. Bulb - T-8 Nominal levigth - 18 inches Base - Medium bipin Average rated life - 3 hours per start - 7500 hours Initial lumens (afser 100 hours burning) - 695 lumens Lumens at 40 percent of life -

3、575 lumens Color - Daylight when tested in accordance with ANSI C78.376 Dimensional and electrical characteristics shall be in accordance with ANSI C78.2. The issues of ANSI C78.2 and ANSI C78.376 in effect on the date of the solicitation shall be used to determine compliance with these requirements

4、. Regulatory requirements. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Public Law 94-580 to the maximum extent practical. Failure of the preproduction samples to pass the examination of one or more of the tests, the lack of required documentation, or failure of the documentation to substantiate conformance to th
