15、for any reason, the air intake or exhaust ports become obstructed, the ambient temperature becomes excessive, the equipment becomes overloaded, or any combinaLion of the preceding causes. i (i) The frequency converter shallnot be damaged by input voltage fluctuations which fall below 80 percent or r
16、ise above 120 percent of nominal value for an extended period. to a maximum continuous input of 15 percent of the nominal value. The protection shall be effective (j) The frequency converter shall incorporate circuitry which shall cause the frequency converter to trip its output circuit breaker in t
17、he event that the output voltage shall exceed 115 percent of the rated nominal value. The output voltage protection shall respond within 1/2 cycle of the output. (k) The frequency converter shall incorporate protection provisions which will prevent cascaded component failures as a consequence of a r
