SCOPE 1.1 Scope This specification covers the requirements for low
2、 unsupported stretch- typ e over shoes. .k 1.2 specified herein, and shall be procured in the following sizes to accomodate the related size of shoe as specified (see 6.2). To the extent of any inconsistencies between the written specification and the figure, the written specification shall govern. 3.4.2 Molds The molds used to produce the applicable style overshoes
19、shall - be furnished by the contractor. 3.5 Construction The overshoes shall be constructed as an unlined unit, with the upper, sole and heel one continuous unit. 3.6 Thickness The thickness of the various component parts of the applicable style overshoes shall be as shown in Table II when tested as
20、 specified in 4.3.2.2. 21、zed and treated to eliminate tackiness and have a smooth finish. All mold flashings shall be trimmed and all.inside corners rounded and made smooth. 3.8 Marking Each overshoe shall have the size and contractors name molded on the outsole in the shank area, with the height of characters governed by t

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection Unless otherwise specified in the contract the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. tractor may use his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of

In addition, the rubber compound shall be tested for the characteristics specified in Table III and in accordance with the referenced test methods of FED-STD-601. applicable to the sample unit.
