P/N 2218-86 with Motor, D.C. P/N 2218-107. 3.3.2 The following listed parts from Remover, P/N 2218-17

16、shall be removed, discarded and replaced as noted: P/N 2218-111 (Talley Ind. ) , 2 each required. modified as noted below: Drawing 2218-108. 3.3.2.1 Modify Retainer P/N 2218-85 to contain a flat as depicted on 3.3.2.2 Modi Switch Housing, P/N 2218-48 in accordance with Drawing Di0551939 3.4 Function

17、al. 3.4.1 Operating load.- The Remover shaJ.1 be cycled electrically in accordance with the Alternative Actuator Test Procedure, paragraph 3-2, T.O. iE4-11-3. and motor current drain shall comply with requirements in paragraph 3-2, The time required for linear extension, linear retraction T -0 iE4-U

18、3. 3.4.2 Bearing center dimensions.- The bearing center dimensions of the Remover while subjected to the normal operating load shall comply with requirements of paragraph 3-1. f. (1) thru f. (4) of T.O. 1U4-11-3. 3.4.3. Air firing.- The Remover shall stroke in accordance with the requirements of pa

19、zagraph 3-1. j, T.O. 1324-11-3, when 375 - 450 pounds per square inch (psi) air pressure is applied to the firing head. 3.5 Protective finish.- Protective finish shall be in accordance with T.O. 1194-11-3, applicable specifications and drawings, and shall apply to all surfaces of the component, rega

QUALITY ASSUFANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection. - Unles

23、s otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of ali inspection requirements as specified herein. specified in the contract or order, the supplier may use his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection requri-

25、1 Quality assurance tem and definitions.- Reference shall be made to MIL-STD-109 to define quality assurance terms used. 4.1.2 Inspection. - Inspection shall be in accordance with MIL-A-2550 except as specified herein. 4.2 InsDection Drovisions. 4.2.1 Lot, 4.2.1.1 Submission of product.- The product
