Samples are furnished solely for guidanc: and information to the supplier (see 6.3). -Variation from this specification may appea

Unless otherwise specified (see 6.21, before production is commenced, a finished tape shall be submitted, or made available, to the contracting officer or his authorized representative for approval. of the first artic

7、le authorizes the commencement of production, but does not relieve the supplier of responsibility fer compl2iance with all provisions of this specification. The first article shall be manufactured by the supplier at the same facilities to be used for the manufacture of the production item, The appro

The tape shall be made of 200/34 or 210/34 denier nylon yarns and 37-gage extruded natural rounded rubber of a quality and grade to meet the requirements of this specification (see Section 4, Table II for required test). *3.4 Design and construction. The tape shall be made on a c

9、arrier braider and the finished tape shall conform to the requirements specified in Table I when tested as specified in Section 4, Table IV. r Table I. Unless otherwise specified (see 6.2), the webbing shall be furnished in rolls in a continuous length of not less than 36 yards. *3.6 Identification tickets. Each tol

12、l of tape shall have an identification ticket attached to the roll in accordance wth MIL-W-43334. r3.7 Fiber identification. Each roll of tape shall be labeled, ticketed er invoiced for fiber content in aacordance with the Textile Fiber Products identification Act. Licensed by Information Handling S

The finished elastic.tape shall conform to the quality and grade of product established by this specification. shall not exceed the levels set by the applicable acarptable quality levels (AQLL). Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements aa specified herein. the contract or order, the eupplier may use his OM er any other fac

The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspec- tions are deemed necessary to assure suppliers and services

17、rdance with the provisions set forth in MIL-STD-105, except where otherwise indicatedherein. “4.2.1 First article inspection. The first article submitted in accordance with 3.2 shall be visually inspected for appearance and-color. shall be tested for physical and chemical properties specified in Sec

The methods of testing specified in Table IV shall be in accordance with FED-S.TD-191. When the data in the “results r
