The nominal inlet (see 6.8.5), design (see 6.8.6),hydrostatic proof (see 6.8.7) , and burst (see 6.8. 8) pressures for the press

Tbepoppet or plug guiding surfaces (bushings and posts) shall have the properhardness (see 3.2.5) , finish, concentricit
34、y, parallelism, clearances, length, andrigidity to prevent binding or seizing and to ensure proper seating under alloperating conditions These alignment requirements shall be maintained withinterchangeable parts and under any tolerance stackup condition. A nonmetallicseating feature shall be incorpo
35、rated in either the poppet or seat , and shall bereadily replaceable on all sizes. P.precision dimensioned gland or cavity shallbe provided in either tbe body or seat ring to ensure proper and controlledretention of the sealing element.3.3.4 Bodv construction. Valves shall be basic globe configurati
36、on with in-line or offset inlet and outlet ports. Pressure lines, including the reducedI pressure sensing (impulse) line, gas dome loading line , and poppet balance line ,where applicable, shall be internally ported in the valve body. Oirect highvelocity impingement of tbe=Tlow- issing from the thro
37、ttling orifice onto thesensing element shall be prevented. The bonnet or spring housing and bottom capshall be attached to che body with bolted flanges or threaded union connection.Bearing surfaces of nuts and bolts and their respective mating surfaces on thevalve shall be machine finished.3.3.5 Int
38、erchangeability. Parts having the same manufacturer s part numbershall be directly interchangeable with each other with respect to installation andperformance wicho”t requiring selection or fitting. In no case shall parts for agiven valve be physically interchangeable or reversible unless such parts
